All services include complementary beverages. We ask that you disclose any medical conditions and/or prescription medications you are taking as some services may be contra-indicated.
For the consideration of all guests, we request that mobile phones be turned off and/or put on vibrate.
We request that you leave all jewelry and other valuables at home as Oscar Giovanni Salon, Inc. is not responsible for lost or stolen items. To protect your clothing, we ask that you wear a robe or smock that we provide.
Payment is accepted at the end of your visit at the reception service desk. We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, debit cards, cash, or checks as forms of payment. If an Oscar Giovanni Salon & Spa gift card is your form of payment, we require that you bring your gift card with you and present it to the guest expert upon checkout.

Oscar Giovanni accepts gratuity in cash or check; gratuity cannot be added to a credit and/or debit card. There are always Venmo and CashApp options as well! We apologize for any inconvenience.
Oscar Giovanni stands firmly behind all of its salon services. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your service please contact us immediately so we can remedy the situation. Tweaks and adjustments will be honored for one week from the date of service. Due to the artistic nature of what we do, we cannot offer refunds on services performed. However, we will work tirelessly to ensure you are satisfied.
Oscar Giovanni Salon & Spa is dedicated to offering the finest hair, skin, and nail care products in the industry. We want you to love everything about your experience. If you’re not 100% satisfied with your retail products, you may return them with a receipt within 60 days of purchase. Proof of purchase must be provided at the time of refund.
Oscar Giovanni Salon and Spa gift cards are redeemable for retail products and/or services up to the balance available. Your gift card must be presented at the time of payment. Gift cards are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash or credit. Gift cards cannot be duplicated if lost, stolen, or damaged. Cancellations & Rescheduling Appointments
Considering the high demand on our time, and that our time has been reserved especially for you, we have a cancellation and no-show policy at our salons.
We understand that life can be unpredictable, that’s why you have up to 24 hours prior to your appointment to make any changes, and allow us the opportunity to fill that reservation with another guest. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 30% of their booked services (the day of the no-show) at their next appointment.
No-show guests will be charged 100% of their scheduled services. A no-show is defined as a guest who makes an appointment, does not show up to the appointment, and does not notify us to cancel the appointment. Guests with 3 no-shows will be serviced on a walk-in basis only.
